🏆 S Tier — Top picks (cash/min top 5%)
Why they lead: Both consistently appear in the top tier of cross-game tier lists for the Italian Brainrot universe (Steal a Brainrot, Be a Brainrot). In Nuke for Brainrot specifically, they spawn behind Tier 3+ walls — meaning they require Mid Nuke or better to access, which gates them as a late-game flex.
Tralalero edge: Community footage suggests Tralalero respawns ~30% faster than Bombardiro after being captured by another player. In a 5-player server, that respawn rate matters.
🥈 A Tier — Best solo-run ROI
Why this tier exists: The A tier brainrots aren't the highest cash/min, but they spawn behind Tier 2 walls (Basic Nuke can break these), giving you the best cash-per-effort ratio when you're solo or playing on a fresh upgrade tree.
Practical pick: Start every server with one A-tier capture before chasing S-tier zones. You'll have base income flowing while you upgrade your nuke.
🥉 B Tier — Solid base fillers
Role: First 30 minutes of fresh play. Cash/min is moderate, capture is easy (Tier 1 walls), and they're abundant. Replace as you progress, but don't underrate them — a fully-upgraded base full of B tiers still pays for the next nuke tier.
🪨 C Tier — Acceptable starters
Role: Fill your first base slots when nothing better is in range. They generate cash slow enough that you'll want to swap them out by the 2-hour mark.
🚫 D Tier — Skip these (cash/min sinks)
We're not naming D-tier brainrots here because Future Trash 2 has been rebalancing low-tier cash rates patch-over-patch — what's D today might be C tomorrow. Heuristic: if a brainrot generates less than 50% of your current best A-tier's cash/min, drop it for free base slots.
Use the Brainrot Cash/Min Calculator to compare your current base lineup quantitatively.
📋 Methodology — How tier placement gets decided
Three factors, weighted equally:
- Estimated cash/min when placed at base — extracted from community gameplay footage timestamps (start vs end cash, brainrot count).
- Capture difficulty — which wall tier guards the brainrot. Tier 3 walls = late-game gate, Tier 1 = fresh runs.
- Rarity drop rate — frequency of appearance in active server gameplay videos.
Tier placements do not reflect popularity, design appeal, or community vote. We don't run polls. The data is from 23 YouTube gameplay videos + Rolimon's stats history for May 1-7, 2026.
After our 10-hour playtest (May 9-10, 2026), we'll publish exact cash/min numbers per brainrot rather than estimates.
🔄 Cross-game S-tier reality check (May 8 update)
Nuke for Brainrot and Steal a Brainrot share a roughly 70% character pool — meaning the brainrots that perform well in one game's economy usually transfer to the other. Steal a Brainrot has a much larger active community and a more mature April-May 2026 meta, so its rankings are useful as a sanity check for our NFB-specific list.
The current Steal a Brainrot S-tier (verified across 4 independent tier-list sites updated April-May 2026):
- Strawberry Elephant — #1 by consensus, highest consistent cash-per-second across the meta. If you see it in NFB, prioritize the capture above almost everything else.
- Dragon Cannelloni — Secret-rarity tier in SaB, projected high-S in NFB once confirmed in the spawn pool.
- Meowl — "OG" tier, classic Italian Brainrot meta carryover.
- Griffin — Secret tier, very low spawn rate, but worth chaining 3+ runs to chase.
- Spaghetti Tualetti, Garama and Madundung, Ketchuru and Masturu, La Supreme Combinasion, Los Bros, Los Nooo My Hotspotsitos — the rest of the SaB S-tier. Most of these have been spotted in NFB videos, though we haven't confirmed all of them in our 23-video sample.
Two important caveats. First, the Steal a Brainrot meta is built around passive cash generation per second from a static base, while Nuke for Brainrot's economy may shift toward capture-event payouts (bigger one-time cash drops). The relative tier order could be 80% the same, but expect 1-2 brainrots to shift up or down a tier when NFB-specific data lands.
Second, the SaB S-tier was crowned over months of community testing. Nuke for Brainrot is still 3 weeks old. Treat the cross-game list as a strong prior, not gospel — if community consensus on a specific brainrot's NFB tier diverges from this list within the next 60 days, the NFB-specific version is the one to trust.

What is the best brainrot in Nuke for Brainrot?
Bombardiro Crocodilo and Tralalero Tralala lead S tier. Tralalero edges ahead due to ~30% faster respawn after being captured by other players in the 5-player server.
Should I skip D tier?
Yes, once you're past the first 30 minutes. D tier brainrots take base slots away from B/A tier captures that pay better.
Do tier lists from Steal a Brainrot apply here?
The character pool overlaps ~70%, but cash/min ratios differ because Nuke for Brainrot uses a different economy. Use cross-game tier lists as a starting hypothesis, not the final answer.
How often does this list update?
Within 8 hours of any developer-confirmed patch. Future Trash 2 has rebalanced cash/min twice in the first 3 weeks — expect at least monthly tier shifts.
Where can I see the actual cash/min per brainrot?
We publish exact numbers after our 10-hour playtest (scheduled May 9-10, 2026). Until then, use the calculator with the estimates loaded into the UI.
